This well-established and friendly group is for those who have (at least) some basic knowledge of German, but would like to widen their vocabulary and understanding, improve their pronunciation and converse with others on a range of everyday topics.

We split into two groups: beginners and improvers, each group co-ordinated by a fluent German speaker to guide and help. We use a variety of printed and audio-visual resources in order to maximise interactions in German. There is a minimal charge for resources.

We meet during termtime on Fridays 1.30-3.30pm at Sandal Library, Sparable Lane, Sandal Magna, Wakefield WF1 5LJ. There is no charge for venue hire, other than refreshments provided.
