The group only started a year ago as beginners, but they have made excellent progress. Anyone wanting to join would need to have a basic knowledge of chords etc. But if you’re not sure whether it’s for you why not ring Gerard and arrange to come along to try us out. It is a group for adults – you won’t be learning to play nursery rhymes! The leader plays a folk guitar with metal strings, but if you have a Spanish classical style guitar bring it along. You do not need to read music – you will be provided with the words and chords each week. If you have a binder for the songs and handouts it’s worth bringing it along
