This group will support our publicity by collecting information from Interest Groups, events, and local community, writing short updates, and preparing posts for Facebook and the website. Members develop confidence in writing and presenting material online, and website content is passed to the web managers for inclusion.

The group will begin small and will always include a Committee member and a Group Coordinator. As it develops, its remit may widen beyond supporting publicity, becoming a place for members who want to learn more about social media, online communication and how to present our u3a to the wider community.

Meeting and communicating between members will be flexible and as-needed.

Initially The Group will operate with an invited small number of members to establish a working routine but anyone who is interested can join the waiting-list for any future expansion.
